Conceptual Eng:
Site selection, preliminary investigation, wind turbine assessment, feasibility studies, permitting scenario, timetable, budgeting, preliminary design, suppliers shortlist.
Permitting Eng:
Technical & environmental docs for permitting, expediting timetable
Designing Eng:

Our technical services are related to both projects under development and plants already in operation.
For example, these activities are often requested by our Customer in case of:
M&A process:
When a third part evaluation is necessary to describe and evaluate the assets under negotiation.
Performance Check Up:
In case of independent check or for contractual dispute on performance with O&M Contractor.
Owner Engineering:
When the Owner needs Review & Verification of the Contractor plant design.
Legal dispute:
In case of claims on component defects or assistance on component warranties procedures.

Due Diligence Wind
Our services covers all the activities to be performed in a due-diligence process: from the examination of the background and financial conditions, business operations and contractual obligations of the project and, in case of non realized project, to the understanding of the tech feasibility and the potential related risks’ review. Our DD services result with a complete, accurate and reliable vision of the project that can be the basis for a fact-based decision considering investment, business relationship, acquisition or litigation.
Our DUE DILIGENCE PACKAGE mainly provides:
- Plant/Project operational performance analysis
- Plant/Project detailed design analysis
- Permits, licenses and regulatory framework for future revenues
- Contracts and key issues analysis: EPC, O&M
- Projects schedule and milestones definition
- Plant Maintenance logbook analysis

Owner Asset Management
We manage your assets facing all the fiscal items, the technical & regulatory updating (i.e. changing in tech standard or laws), all the administrative aspects and the full control on the O&M contractor activities aiming at giving an added value for your investment. If requested, we can directly take care of the whole management of the SPV that contains the assets.
Our, ASSET MANAGEMENT PACKAGE includes:
- Independent Remote Monitoring of the main parameters of performance of the plant following the int’l Standard & Certifications
- Control on the O&M scheduled activities (tech + reporting + costs)
- Performance Report highlighting eventual differences between contract obligations
- Annual budgeting
- Re-negotiation of the O&M contracts in term of price & tech contents on the basis of the plant performance analysis
- Management of the relationship with feed-in tariff authority, grid connected utility and fiscal obligations
- providing the necessary updating in compliance with tech & regulatory changes in the [legal] framework
- Management of the whole SPV with our personnel
- Fiscal & Legal support
M&A / SELL Consulting
The Team helps investors in the potential transactions of acquisition, merger or divestment of the plants or supports developers in finding investors in their projects. Once properly mandatedby the Client, we will work throughout the acquisition/sale process. In case of assets’ selling, the SELLING PACKAGE assessed by our experts includes:
- preparation of a teaser to sound the potential interested investors in the project
- selection of potential buyers & assessment of the short-list
- negotiation with the Client re. the estimate of the base-sale price and, at last, agreement on the negotiation strategy
- support to the Client in presenting the proposal to the potential buyers
- management of the Data Room (preserving the confidentiality)
- supporting the visit on sites & supervising the audit by the counterpart
- agreement on the LOI or Term Sheet offering also financial & legal support
- support to the Client during negotiation

Il fenomeno delle “bave di lumaca” sui pannelli fotovoltaici si presenta sempre più frequentemente ed è causa di forte degrado delle prestazioni e perdita di ricavi. Causa o arbitrato con il Costruttore o l’EPC contractor necessita molta esperienza sia tecnica che di approccio strategico: il Team ha acquisito una concreta esperienza di successo ed è pronto al fianco del Cliente per far valere i suoi diritti.
